Das Haus bietet einer Familie einen sehr ruhigen Urlaub, man ist trotzdem in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt oder in 5 Minuten beim sehr gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt COOP. "

"Die Wohnung liegt ruhig im schönen Dorf Chiusdino, das Meer ist ca. 1 Stunde entfernt, aber der Pool eignet sich gut zum Baden. Es ist genug Platz für 4 Personen. Der Vermiter Paolo ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation war super. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"We had a lovely stay and the hosts were warm, accommodating and responsive. The location is incredible -- extensive views from both sides of the property; the hilltop village setting is out of a postcard with lovely little streets and nooks to explore; and the local shops, market days, restaurants provide everything needed locally. The property is adequate, a little rustic, but well suited to time outdoors by the lovely pool and as a springboard for day trips throughout amazing Tuscany....

"Everything you have read or can read about this property and it’s amazing owners is true. The property itself is spectacular, a truly unique place where the pictures can’t really do the beauty of the estate justice. The owners, Leo and Alessandra were an absolute joy to work with and we’re so accommodating of everything we needed throughout our stay. If you’re looking to explore Tuscany, this is a fantastic home base that is 45 mins to an hour away for a number of great cities and experiences....

Picturesque views of wooded hills surround enormous pool...swimming at sunset is an .unforgetable emotion plus there is the SPA.. great fun..even at cocktail hour..booking masseuse..an added joy! we all fell in love with..this glorious but functional property Bedrooms are spacious and insuite bathrooms are too. "We stayed 2 weeks and it was wonderful! The house is very nice and spacious as is the garden. And the swmingpool is great of course, especially during the warm days. Location is great as well: close to beaches, lovely towns and restaurants."

"My family of 8 (all adults) with significant others traveled to experience the wine region and tour Siena and Florence. The Villa met our needs in every way allowing for beautiful sunsets, family meals, and relaxation by the pool. I recommend it highly."

"We - a family with 2 grown up sons - stayed in the house for almost a week. We mainly did sightseeing in Tuscany, a boat trip to Elba and spent a day at the nearby beach. The house is well equipped with 4 comfortable bedrooms, all air-conditioned (cave: they charge extra for additional electricity costs), a good sized kitchen and 3 bathrooms. The outdoor pool is spacious but is not heated. In early September it already was a little on the cooler side. The location is close to a private beach...

"Beautiful and charming house in a great location, which offered us more than enough space for 3 families with a total of 17 people. The interior design and furnishings were functional, it was sufficiently clean, the pizza oven is a great extra. The pool was cleaned daily by the friendly caretaker, who even let our little ones go for a ride on the tractor with him. The other service was also good, almost all of our requests were dealt with promptly. We would go there again!"

"Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Tatjana war immer zur Stelle, wenn es eine Frage gab und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit, es ist alles da was man zum erholen braucht, einzig die Mücken und der Lärm vom Zug und der Straße waren etwas störend."

"Due settimane di relax per tutta la famiglia, bimbo e bassotto inclusi, in questa bellissima e spaziosa villa con vista sui due lati di Punta Ala. Piacevolmente in casa e comodissimi ai beach club, abbiamo scoperto anche qualche super ristorante nell’entroterra. Complimenti ai proprietari ed al professionale e disponibile custode! Sicuramente la villa più incantevole della zona."

"Heerlijke tijd gehad, prachtig gelegen huis met fanatastisch uitzicht. Jammer dat bed- en badlinnen zelf verzorgd moet worden. WiFi werkt nauwelijks, evenals Tv. Verdere kleinere problemen werden door zeer goed contact met de eigenaar zo snel mogelijk verholpen. Persoonlijk hadden wij een airco op de slaapkamer lekker gevonden, het bleef boven heel warm. Maar een echte aanrader!"
