We wished there was a bathroom fan, but otherwise the unit was great: spacious, could sleep a lot of people, and cute loft (but very steep stairs to get to the loft). "

"This was a perfect stay close to train station (5 min walk), clean spacious room, property manager greeted us and explained how to use everything. Washer/dryer very convenient. Candy bowl at entry was a nice special touch Beds super comfortable. Nice location very walkable. Electric bikes for rent nearby and I highly recommend them for getting around. They were super fun and easy to ride. I would most definitely stay here again. Breakfast was delivered to the room and was very good with many...

"This property is in a very seedy neighborhood! I could not find an address anywhere on the building but waited until other guests exited so I knew it was the correct place. When we arrived we messaged the contact person for directions to enter. We waited 1 1/2 hours and received no reply as of yet. We found other lodging. The communication could be me fault as I should have requested 24 hours earlier, but no reply after 3 messages?? I would not suggest anyone booking here. "

"The property is very well located in terms of access to central Brussels. However, it lacks any form of functioning heating. Though we complained about this on the first day of our stay, no action was taken to rectify it. Additionally, there was mould in the bathroom as there was no way to open any windows. The entrance of the property was very untidy, with lots of empty boxes. The sofa bed was stained. "

"Johanna could not have been nicer. My friends arrived from the States relatively early on our arrival date. They were able to at least drop off their bags and explore the neighborhood. The "how to" book was great and the added info we received from Johanna filled in the blanks not in the book. The neighborhood is super quiet and positioned very close to the Simonis Metro station. There is a lovely park across the street. We recommend this location highly."

"The apartment room that we booked was spacious and affordable, it came with more amenities than we expected such as cooking utensils, refrigerator, microwave and own AC control. Overall a VERY nice place to spend several nights, the only concern is that the neighborhood surround the hotel is not very aesthetic or convenient as there are not many places nearby to eat at. Although with its location so close to the Bruxelles-Midi train station it was easy to hop on a train to visit the Brussels...

"No funciona el WiFi solo en la recepción y no hay manera de tener atención solo en los horarios que marcan de 10am -5 pm Tuvimos la experiencia de desalojar el edificio por que solo la alarma a las 2 am y no había manera de comunicarnos a recepción de que sucedía y estábamos en el piso 9 empezamos a bajar por escalera , sin embarro igual subir y llegamos hast abajo sin saber a k hr podíamos regresar ya que no había nadie de ahí ...la alarma se silencio pero no sabíamos que pasaba .
