With a huge deck for entertaining or just sitting around and relaxing with a drink and within short walking distance to Rhyll, Rhyll pier (with a boat ramp if you are a fishing enthusiast) and Rhyll front beach. A short 5 minute drive to Cowes, 15 minutes to see the penguins and plenty of other activities for all ages.
The space
Great 3 bedroom holiday home in very quiet and peaceful part of Phillip Island. Suitable for couples, or family getaways. With a huge deck with ocean views.

Split level house with open living area which has a plasma TV, open plan kitchen with microwave and dining area. 1 bathroom with shower and plenty of room to store belongings.

There is ample parking for 4 cars as well as space to park a boat. Fully fenced large rear garden.

Your summer holidays can be in air conditioned comfort (there are units in the main living room and 2 bedrooms) and winter getaways can stay cosy with the open fire and split system heater.

1st bedroom - queen sized bed, BIR, split system, plasma TV mounted on wall.

2nd bedroom - king single with trundle, BIR, split system.

3rd bedroom - king single with trundle, BIR.

If you would like to use our linen please let us know at booking. We are more than comfortable for you to bring your own.

Please leave the home in the same state as you found it this will be very much appreciated.

Please ensure that the rubbish bins are placed on the front outside of the property on Monday nights for bin collection.
