The bunk beds in one of the rooms are only suitable for kids, making it the perfect space for kids to play and sleep. (Max weight limit for top bunk is 80KG, bottom one is 120KG)

Ample parking at driveway and underneath the house, even if you want to bring a boat. (The height of the driveway floor to the ceiling is 230cm (2300mm) max)

Guest Access:
Guest will have access through a lockbox at the property with the code being sent out two days prior arrival

The Neighborhood:
Large kids playground just across the road, and great place to walk your dog.
Also, a convenience store on the corner, and if you walk to the Marina, you will find some great local restaurants and Fish and Chips shop.

Other Things to Note:
This property is in a residential area, we would like to request to the guests that they keep noise levels to a minimum.
Please do not park on neighbouring driveways
Phillip Island is a Nature park and comes with a lot of wildlife, please drive slowly on the roads.
Lot of migrating birds will make homes on the island and sometimes they use the balconies for a rest. We try to clean everything off course, but we do not have control where the birds come to stop.

Great property

We had a great time at the property and it is especially good for kids with the park across the road. The fire and view made for a great stay for the adults too.

Looks good from outside but…

A lot of things dont work at this property. The washing machine, the range hood blew a fuse and took out a number of outlets, terrible water pressure. There was only one channel on the television because the reception was terrible. Be aware of the balcony screen door that’s rusty and unreliable to open or close. The garden is overgrown and unkept. Basic kitchen items were missing and a nuisance when cooking. Overall, this property doesn’t give what it describes. Best to avoid until changes are made.
