Inspired by the vintage ski chalets that once dotted the mountain, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat reimagines the classic A-frame for today’s traveler — blending nostalgic charm with high-speed, modern comfort. Wake up to the sound of the Sandy River just beyond the trees and sip your morning coffee by the 10-foot panoramic kitchen window, watching mist roll through the forest. After a day of adventure, unwind in the private hot tub, roast s’mores around the fire pit under a canopy of stars, or curl up for a record and a glass of wine. Located just 20 minutes from Timberline Lodge and Mt. Hood Skibowl, Slopehaus puts you at the heart of Oregon’s mountain playground — close to hiking trails like Ramona Falls, Mirror Lake, and Tom Dick and Harry Mountain, as well as charming alpine towns filled with local brews, bakeries, and ski history. In summer, hike, bike, and swim in glacier-fed streams. In winter, chase powder and return to the warmth of cedar and light.
