Villa Eventide in Gennadi

Oriens and Eventide villas are situated on the hillside of Gennadi, at a walking distance from the beach. Each modern villa has a private swimming pool and offers a panoramic view to the endless blue waters of the sea. Also, theyre brand new, tastefully decorated and can accommodate up to 6 people.
Eventide villa has 3 bedrooms, each of the modern bedrooms have a double bed. There are two bathrooms with shower; one of them is included to a bedroom. Theres an open plan kitchen, fully equipped with everything is needed for a meal preparation along with a sitting area. The living area is quite inviting with its warm colors and convenient furniture, along with its screen TV. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. Outdoors, theres the wonderful private swimming pool with its stylish sunbeds. There are BBQ facilities with a sitting area allowing you to enjoy a gathering with your loved ones.



Oriens and Eventide villas are well known for their tranquility and inviting atmosphere as they are a few steps away from a magical beach, Gennadi beach. At a short distance of a two minute walk, visitors will find the charming traditional village of Gennadi, with its shops, bars, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, and car rentals. At a distance of only a 25 minute drive visitors will Prasonisi beach, which is quite popular to the water sports enthusiasts. The airport of the island is found about an hour drive away from the villas. Also, you should visit Lindos, which is found in a short distance of a 10 minute drive; Lindos Acropolis is the most exquisite archaeological site of Rhodes and has the most idyllic beaches, such as Saint Pauls beach. Also, visitors should explore the Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage, in a distance of about an hour drive away from the villa.
Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:
o From 01/04 to 31/10: 15EUR per night
o From 01/11 to 31/03: 4EUR per night
