Description
Aphrodite Villa has two fully air-conditioned floors with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a balcony, and the other with two single beds. There is one bathroom on the first floor and a WC on the ground floor. The ground floor also features a tastefully decorated comfortable living room furnished with Italian leather, with a fireplace and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. There’s free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. Also, it has a fully equipped kitchen suitable for any meal preparation. Outdoors, you will find a private swimming pool and a deck with sunbeds and parasols for you to enjoy the Mediterranean sun and the fantastic sea view. Also, there’s a BBQ facility and a sitting area where you can enjoy a gathering with your friends or family. You will spend your vacation in complete privacy in the truly serene environment of southern Rhodes, and you will have easy access to all sorts of conveniences and sights, and beaches.
Mikri Poli is a 4 star Family resort with restaurants, where you can enjoy free meals available only by the snack -pool restaurant every day for specific hours, and an amazing water park, as well as a theatre, and multiple venues for many summer activities. Kolymbia is a 20-minute drive from the villa.

Aegean Blue Villas are located in southern Rhodes, very close to the villages of Kalathos and Lindos The location is pretty ideal to explore Greek beauty and nature. Kalathos Village is partly traditional and partly a small resort village that has many visitors. It offers one of the longest and cleanest beaches on the island and guests will find it within walking distance. Also, guests will find everything they need such as supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, and car rentals. Guests should also visit Lindos which is less than a 10-minute drive away from the villas. Lindos Acropolis is the most extraordinary archaeological site of Rhodes and has the most idyllic beaches, such as Saint Paul’s beach. The airport of the island is found within a distance of a 50-minute drive. Last but not least, you should consider visiting the Medieval Town of Rhodes which is only a 50-minute drive away.

Great Villa, Great View
Stayed at this villa for a week for our honeymoon. Was very nice to have our own place with a nice private pool. The views from the pool and balcony are stunning. Villa was clean and well looked after and we had a great time, we would recommend this place to anyone.

Lovely villa with a stunning pool and great views. Brilliant WiFi and loads of towels. Complementary bottle of wine a nice touch, thank you! Totally self-catering, so bring everything you’ll need (washing-up liquid, soap etc). Would recommend Stefanos Family, Ostria and the fab Konstantin restaurants towards the beach, as well as the brilliant pizzas at On The Road at the Kalathos Sun in the village. Great stay, very helpful check-in. We’ll be back!

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage mit super Aussicht! Sehr schön blühende Pflanzen (Juni). Die Kinder waren vom eigenen Pool (ca. 4x7m) begeistert und die Betten waren auch sehr gut - wir haben super geschlafen und uns richtig gut erholt.

Vue magnifique sur la mer Egée
La location était conforme à l'annonce et aux photos. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par "Stéphanos" qui nous a remis un panier de fruits et légumes à notre arrivée : gentille attention. Tout nous a été expliqué clairement tant sur les lieux à visiter, sur les restaurants typiques, etc.. La location était impeccable (propreté) avec changement du linge à la fin de la 1ère semaine (nous sommes restés 2 semaines) et la piscine était nettoyée chaque jour. La vue y est magnifique, à couper le souffle, comme l'on dit ! Bref, de ce point de vue là, tout était parfait. Le seul problème, c'est que dans la résidence, certaines personnes y vivent à l'année et les aboiements de leurs chiens incessants, nuisent au repos des vacanciers. Il est désagréable de prendre un repas sur la terrasse en entendant des aboiements en continu ! Nous avons demandé de faire cesser ces nuisances, sans aucun succès. Malheureusement, nous n'étions pas les seuls vacanciers à nous plaindre de ce fléau, donc je pense qu'il est habituel. Dommage, nous aurions mis 5 étoiles pour l'ensemble. Nous ne retournerons pas dans cette location uniquement à cause de ces problèmes de chiens.
