"This is a beautiful row house in DC, so if that is your goal this is your place! All as described and seen in the pictures. Tons of amenities, and full kitchen. I did as much research as I could about this area in advance, and was a little worried from what I saw about the neighborhood. But all posts and reviews were old, and I can comfortably report no longer relevant. Many people we met spoke of improvements in recent years and that was obvious. "The host was awesome with communication and cleared up any issues quickly and in a friendly manner. The beds were comfortable and location great-quick drive into DC and close to shops and metro. It was a new listing and while the host was still ironing out some kinks it was a fabulous spot to have a great trip and have no doubt it will be a great experience for all who stay there. "

"Whenever I stay in the DC area, this is the hotel I choose and I have never had a bad experience. The location is safe and very convenient for every place I need to go. The rooms at extremely clean and the food is hot and fresh. The best part of my experience is always the staff!!! They are extremely pleasant and professional and always accommodate my needs.
