"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, appreciating the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the room, and the delightful restaurant, especially the breakfast buffet. Everything was truly amazing. The only area that could benefit from some attention is the corridors, which appear not to have been renovated yet. Additionally, the cleaning products used in the room had a strong, unpleasant odor reminiscent of a hospital. I believe there are excellent products available that could be used to enhance the experience with a more pleasant scent. I certainly plan to return to this hotel on my next trip, as its location in Milan is superb."

"I required check in during the night, and the staff were so helpful and understanding when I called ahead to explain my flight had been delayed. Check in was really smooth and easy so we could go straight to the room and go to bed. The hotel is in a great location for Centrale station and other transport such as the metro, bus routes and trams"

"We were happy with working AC and speed internet. Also breakfast was amazing. The beds are not comfortable at all . The hotel alows people to smoke on the floors so you will fill it even if you requested a non smoking room."
