"Breakfast was okay. We had 1 room with breakfast and 1 room without for some reason, and the hotel won't let us combine 3 days for 1 room into 1 day for 2 rooms. They also didn't mention the VIP perk until asked, and only provide one glass for each room after delivering the VIP perk (a bottle of wine). Bottled water was listed as complementary but never replaced. Overall you get what you paid for but not much of the hospitality. "

"Our room was great for our one night stay. We were in a quiet area of the hotel, on the fourth floor. Hotel is located a couple blocks away from Milano Centrale. Sadly, the toilet seat broke during our stay and was unable to be fixed until the next day. Staff was pleasant. "

"The location was perfect for our trip. The hotel is only 15-20 mins from Linate airport and located in a prime area within walking distance to the Milan Centrale station, the meeting point for most scheduled tours (4 minute walk). With some tours scheduled for early mornings, this was optimal. The property is safe, very clean and the concierge was friendly and hospitable. Check-in was seamless, we arrived early and our room was ready which was nice and we received welcome drinks on the rooftop. Our room and bathroom were spacious. The elevators were a good size for luggage. Hotel amenities were great. I recommend patronizing the rooftop bar during your stay for appetizers, entrees, and drinks. There is a spa onsite but we unfortunately did not have time to visit it this time but plan to do so during a future visit. I recommend this property for your next visit to Milan. "

"Very clean and spacious room for a king size. The bathroom was very nice with a deep bath and a well thought out shower area which didn’t drip everywhere. A Nespresso machine would have been nice though. "
