Completely charming cottage

My wife and I just had a wonderful stay in this marvelous property. Completely secluded but easy access to Rhinebeck and the Mid Hudson valley. Beautiful place about a 15 minute drive out of Rhinebeck. Great views, well equipped kitchen and spacious living quarters. Bed is a king and super comfy. The hosts were so kind and accommodating with lots of great suggestions for what to do and where to eat. You’ll love it!

Beautiful and relaxing stay in the Rhinebeck woods

The apartment was an absolutely perfect place to stay for my Omega workshop. Clean, bright, comfortable and beautifully furnished—better than the pictures show! Communication was excellent with the hosts and they were welcoming and helpful. Ideal for a quiet retreat and surrounded by beautiful woods, yet easily accessible by car to Rhinebeck village for shopping and restaurants. I will definitely be staying here in the future.

In the Woods

My friend and I stayed at Alysia’s place in the woods for a week while attending a workshop at Omega. It was just the quiet beauty we were looking for. We walked to Omega several days. It’s downhill on the way to Omega and a good uphill workout on the return. The house was quiet, comfortable and clean. Our hosts were attentive and helpful! We hope to return again soon!

Zen retreat

This property was perfect in every way. Alysia gave me a warm welcome as soon as I arrived and the unit is absolutely beautiful and extremely comfortable. I especially appreciated the little things that made me feel at home like there were paper towels in the kitchen, a jar with small toiletries if I needed any, the towels were lovely, the bed and sheets comfortable and there was a peaceful feeling inside. I felt like the host would be available if I needed her. She was especially gracious and warm and that helped make my stay memorable. I can’t wait to return. Thank you!

A very special place

Walking into the cottage I was immediately struck by the spaciousness, the light (there are windows on every side-one where you can directly see the stunning sunsets), and the golden wooden floors. This is a perfect cottage for a couple, with the mostly open and large floor plan and separate bedroom. The furnishings are upscale and tasteful. The kitchen was very user friendly, which was important to us since we prepare all our meals at home. The deck is private, raised above the ground, and perfect for an afternoon of reading. Finally, Alysia and Russell are very special people and couldn't have been more gracious and helpful. I highly recommend this home.
