"Hotel is great. Close to Exhibition space by taxi (not buy foot) and airport. Hotel breakfast and dinner are more “eastern” as there is not enough eggs and there is no bacon at all. But there are American pancake!! Huge down for hotel is that they don’t clean the room everyday during your stay. They use “green agenda” as an excuse for not cleaning the rooms!! That is one very bad decision by the hotel management!"

"Espectacular todo, si hay una sola cosa negativa para decir es que la habitación es un poco pequeña y no tiene armarios cerrados, colgas la ropa en unas perchas en la pared pero te arreglas. La atención de la gente es 10 puntos y el desayuno es espectacular ! La habitación bien decorada pero pequeña. Buena ubicación. Rooftop muy lindo. Volvería sin dudarlo !!!"

"It was our second stay and just as good as the first time. Professional, courteous Check-in and the same of all the Personal at the Hotel. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and simply good. This time our Room was to the inside (4th Floor) and very quiet. I am familiar with Düsseldorf and it is within walking distances to Transportation or Shopping, the Old Town and the Rhine. Wir freuen uns schon auf unsere nächste Reise in Düsseldorf und werden wieder im Carat Hotel buchen. Wir können es nur empfehlen."
