"Bright clean, well equipped, comfortable apartment with parking. Easy access to everything that Laax has to offer. Excellent communication with Dirk (the host). Was a great base for a week of skiing, only a few minutes to the lifts and the bars!"

"This was our second stay at this property in Chiavenna and it did not disappoint. The apartment is clean and close to everything. Communication and check in with the property owner is seamless. "Sehr schöne großzügige Ferienwohnung, mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Vom Haus aus kann man viele Ausflüge machen, die ans Wetter und die Kondition angepasst werden können. Im Dorfladen bekommt man alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war angenehm und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"A nice chalet style condo with a mountain view. The kitchen is modern and well stocked. Lots of room, and a bus stop steps away. We didn’t receive our door code, but the owner got back to us right away with the information we needed. It’s a ten minute bus ride to the lifts in Laax, or drive and pay for parking."

"My boyfriend and I were very pleased with this place. The property and the valley in which it is located are absolutely beautiful. The unit itself is pretty tiny but worked for us. Because the unit is tiny, there are steep and narrow stairs to the loft and the bed is only a full size. Maurizio was a very good host and sent us a lot of recommendations for things to do in the area. This place was totally worth it!"

"All was good except we found some broken glass on the floor which a friend's 3 year old daughter managed to put in her mouth thinking it was snow/ice. Pool area very nice, good hot tub area. View was of a car park and petrol station rather than mountains as described but COOP was handy for food, as very well stocked."
