"The location could not be more perfect! And hosts were great! The only comment I have is that we didn’t anticipate such steep stairs - my 76 year old Mom was with us and the stairs were a bit challenging for her. Wanted to add that as a warning for folks traveling with anyone that may have mobility challenges."

Allerdings muss man einkalkulieren, dass man einige Zeit benötigt, um zu einem Supermarkt zu kommen. Aus unserer Sicht völlig unkritisch, man muss es nur wissen. "The owners do not seem to use the VRBO app messages because we never got any response from them or any check/in instructions. Tried messaging multiple times. Finally got through via phone call but with limited English getting instructions for accessing the rental was challenging. If we had gotten instructions via messages we could have translated. Once inside the rental was very spacious. And the kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was good and the beds were comfortable. The low curlings...

"The profile for this property is deceptive. It is listed as a two-bedroom, but it is a one bedroom with low ceilings and very little space. We booked it because we filtered our review to two bedrooms and traveling with 3 children, we need them to have a room and for us to have a room. The “2nd” bedroom is the living room, right outside the door of the bedroom. If you are college kids who need a place to pass out or refugees who do not have the luxury of being choosy, then you may find no issue...

"Property better than expected. I am not a smoker so was concerned there would be a smell of cigarettes, but there was not. Apartment is on top floor and has two great terraces. Tram stop into Strasbourg was very close. We used the trams lot and also walked in a few times. The centre was a very pleasant 4km flat walk. Would stay again"

"The host, Christine, met us outside the property upon our arrival and gave us a complete tour, showing us all the amenities, which were plentiful. She even returned when a minor issue arose, solving our problem promptly. From the location in a suburb of Strasbourg, it took little more than twenty minutes to get to the quaint “Little France” old city, while offering easy day drives to Colmar and across the border to Baden-Baden. Several cafes were nearby as well as a Super U grocery/department...

"We really enjoyed our stay in this top floor apartment in the heart of the old city. Clean, modern with old building charm, and very convenient to walk to all the attractions. One of our favourite dinners was the cheese restaurant just outside the building - so good we had to go for dinner twice in 3 days. The 4 story climb was not an issue as we were well practice from climbing cathedrals on our tour of France. "
