"Great location and welcoming staff Very convenient location, right next to the Rhine and within a 10–15 minute walk of the Cologne Cathedral (Dom) and Cologne Central Station. The Chocolate Museum is also about a 15-minute walk away. The hotel consists of two buildings, so getting to my room was a little confusing at first. I had to take the lift, walk across a bridge, and then climb some stairs before reaching my room. The room itself was very tidy and had air conditioning. I particularly liked the all-in-one shower gel and shampoo provided. The hotel also offers a 10% discount at the restaurant next door, as well as free croissants and coffee in the morning. All the staff spoke English and were very welcoming and friendly. Overall, a very pleasant stay, especially for the convenient location and helpful staff."

"Everything was fine, proximity to train made for the room to be very loud late into the night and early in the morning. Windows tilt open but if you want to draw curtains it blocks the airflow making it very hot in the room"

"Ein großes Seminar Hotel, was auch (sehr günstige) Zimmer für Reisende anbietet. Gute Fahrradgarage. Einfache aber zweckmäßige Zimmer. Abends gibt es ebenfalls günstiges und gutes Buffet. Draußen sitzt man hübsch an einem kleinen Teich. Frühstück auch gut inkl Croissants. Sicher nix für die Flitterwochen/ aber für einen Zwischenhalt sehr einladend. Service ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam"

"Hotel is in a great location - just off the beaten track but close to everything one needs. Close to shops, restaurants and transport links (there's an underground entrance hidden near by). The room (2nd floor) was good; clean, large, AC, etc - only problem was flooding by shower. Breakfast is very good - wide choice. Didn't use Spa. Would stay here again."
