"Wonderful hotel, lovely helpful staff - even helped us sort out a delivery meal. Room was fantastic, mini fridge, kettle, proper sink, microwave and a small patio area with seating. Very large room, large comfortable bed. Very clean and comfortable. Wood thoroughly recommend for a relaxing couple of days away from the hustle and bustle of the City Centre. Plenty of free parking outside or secure garage offered at a small extra charge. "

"The service was good. It’s family owned and they were very kind and accommodating best the their abilities. The main things I disliked was the hall strongly smelling of cigarettes and weed (our room smelled fine), and the shower room having an unpleasant smell, and seemed like there was mould on the ceiling above the shower. The floors seemed like they could also use a bit better cleaning, but the beds seemed clean, and were decently comfortable. They accommodated our family of 5, and had a baby bed available upon request a day in advance. "

"The hotel was nice but they do not have free parking. Parking was more expensive than what they have listed on Expedia. Short walk to the city centre. "

"The hotel is good and a fair price. Staff welcomed us on arrival. It's relatively quiet in the middle of a commercial / light industrial area and very close to a Carrefour supermarket. Parking is available but it is not secured (but just like all the other hotels in this area).The main light switch in room 116 is broken and does not work - electrical safety hazard? Who knows ... but this should have been fixed before it was rented out. The shower is excellent but without a shower curtain the floor of the bathroom got very wet and there was no way to stop/reduce this issue! Great news to have a kettle in the room - that was very welcome. The hotel was relatively quiet and we weren't disturbed by others staying there or from traffic noise. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. It's wonderfully quirky with a lot of racing /motor engineering paraphernalia all over the place. Although we didn't use the bar it seems well stocked and well laid out. Notwithstanding the negative points we would stay here again."
