"We struggled with the lockbox upon arrival but after a few minutes we were able to open it. The carpet in the bedroom was stained, which really was hard to ignore and grossed us out. Our host was exceptional as his instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. He was easy to communicate with and he made an effort to reach out to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is fairly central and nearby to many things (especially once you take in the transit options of Lime, Uber, etc.). "This apartment was the perfect location for exploring Columbus. It's clean and comfortable, and only 5-8 miles from several museums, and not much farther than that from the zoo. If you're staying in the area, this is a great option! Our adult child appreciated the coffee maker, especially. We had a pleasant stay and you can't beat the price!"
