"The Appart’city apartment made for a very practical, no-frills self-catering stay in Perpignan. Its location is very convenient for the railway station and the bus to/from the airport (with €1 tickets) but not so much for the historic centre (maybe consider using the bus again). The staff were very helpful (available 24 hours) and although the hotel is incredibly stark in decor, everything was well-maintained and clean. "

"Well-appointed, well-located, quiet. Good wifi, good water (heat, pressure), very clean, quiet street (I can imagine this would be important in the summer). No view, really, but that's OK. Communication (regarding a missing corkscrew and on the availability of extra pillows) was the only difficulty, with really no effectuve help until we happened to meet the person cleaning another apartment. But we would definitely stay here again. "

"Hotel has great facilities, but it has poor cleanness. we found, at least, 30 bugs inside our apartment. We had to remove the bugs several times as they coming out from somewhere we could not find. In addition, closest and other places in the rooms where not clean and smelly. We report the issues at check out as we checked in late afternoon, were going to stay for one night, and did not want to have other people coming into our apartment to clean."

"We stayed in a self catering apartment which had superb views across the lagoon and to the sea and was operated by the hotel. The reception, bar and gardens were well presented , however, the apartment itself could not be described as 5 star as it was in need of refurbishment. "The apartment was well located (on the main square) and well equipped. There was a mixed up with the access code we were emailed for the key box which didn't work but after calling the contact number we were given a new code and we managed to retrieve the key. Please bear in mind that some of the apartments are on 3rd and 4th floor without a lift so carrying up the heavy luggage might be a challenge for some.
