Stayed here for only one evening prior to departure from Iceland. Staff was very friendly and professional. Room was nice and comfortable. Restaurant was a bit pricey, but expected. I was surprised how good the meal really was. There was a walking path alongside a quaint boat harbor and up along the cliffs overlooking the ocean. These cliffs were lighted in a strange way at night, but was very cool. All in all, it was a very quiet and peaceful location and I enjoyed my brief stay. It's literally 5-8 minutes from the airport, but no airport noise.

Everything was easy about our short stay at Hotel Berg. Our room was very comfortable, with a door to a small deck and a window that opened for cool night sleeping. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the restaurant excellent. We really enjoyed our short stay here.

We stayed at Hotel Berg on our last night of our trip to Iceland. The host at reception was very friendly and helpful during check in a check out. The hotel is conveniently located, being close to many great restaurants and the airport. Overall we found the hotel to be a great place to spend our last evening in Iceland. Next time we are in Iceland, we will stay at the Hotel Berg for our first and last evening of our trip.

The property is very close to the airport, but feels like an oasis. Beautiful and quiet. They offer an airport shuttle and free breakfast. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were comfortable and clean. They had a lovely roof hot tub. The hotel restaurant was superb!

This hotel is modern, seems to be a new construction. The restaurant food was excellent, just a bis expensive but worth it. The staff is so friendly and serviceable! This hotel has a thermal hot tub on the top floor. We spent the most beautiful afternoon in the drinking wine. Since the Blue lagoon was closed, this after made up for it. This hotel is also near the airport and they provide transfer. I would only make a suggestion to management to change the window shade from white to Brown or black since it there no nights this time of the year.
