"Stayed here for a conference at the VIECON for 4 nights. Really enjoyed it overall. All the staff were lovely. We ate in the restaurant on the first night and thoroughly enjoyed the food - the waiter was very pleasant and helpful, explaining some of the local dishes to us. The breakfast was also 5*, so much choice, really fresh and some great healthy options as well as alternative milks without having to ask. The hotel itself was clean and modern, the rooms were great, everything you could need including a plug next to a full length mirror, iykyk! An alarm clock with a wireless charger and a hair dryer that actually had a diffuser end! All little details but very much appreciated. Also noticed how quiet it was, despite the hotel being full which was so nice. One down side - it was about a 20 min walk to the conference centre and 20-25 mins in a taxi to the 'main' cultural centre, so felt a bit out on a limb. It was fine given the mild weather but the local transport is a walk away too so wasn't worth using for the distance."

"Breakfast was good but the plates forks glasses coffee cups were not clean enough everything smelled like eggs and the coffee cups had spots of coffee inside the cups not in all of them but in some a pickup were like that"

"Excellent hotel, couldn't have a more central location for sightseeing, a block from the Stephansplatz (our room had a view of the main entrance side of the Stephansdom). Despite being smack dab in the middle of a hectic tourist part of town, it was pretty quiet. Admittedly, the the reception lounge and the rooms are a bit frilly (with their theme of Leopold I's court), but I thought the decor was so fun--artwork all over the walls. All of the staff was so charming, reception, the servers for breakfast and other hotel staff. We included breakfast with our room, and although it is a la carte, the selections won't leave anybody lacking for choice. Excellent fresh choices. The "ceiling" of the breakfast room is a tent-like structure that they retract when the weather is fair, for semi-open air seating. The hotel seemed to be recently renovated, including an elevator, and the room had plenty of outlets, much appreciated air conditioning, a safe, a fridge (with complementary beverages), blackout curtains, and so so many mirrors in the room! We had a Grand Deluxe Double Room, and the bedroom/sitting area and bathroom were sizeable and comfortable. We used the laundry service and everything came back the same afternoon. On the whole, we really liked everything about The Leo Grand, and would definitely recommend it and return myself."

"Breakfast and assistance from staff are of top quality. One negative comment is that Check-in lady is too aggressive. I already paid nearly 500 can$ per night (tax included) but she pushed me to pay more for having the room earlier than 4:00 pm. This is not nice."

"The location of Ruby Lizzy hotel was excellent. So convenient to walk to most places, very central. The metro was just 5 minutes and near by was the river Danube for relaxing long walks. The breakfast was good. Comfortable and clean bedroom Two bars for a quiet drink. The staff was very friendly and helpful.Thank you for your help."
