The Space:

Comfortably sleeping up to 7 guests, this home features 2 bedrooms and thoughtfully arranged sleeping areas, making it perfect for families or small groups looking to unplug together. Inside blends rustic charm with thoughtful comfort. Large windows frame picturesque, tree-lined water views, bringing the outdoors in, while a cozy living space with a couch and wood-burning fireplace invites you to relax after a day of adventure. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials and includes a French press for slow, peaceful mornings, and you’ll find board games and a desk for quiet entertainment or remote work.



Step outside onto the spacious upper deck with seating, where you can take in serene water views surrounded by trees—an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening reflection. While the property embraces a simpler, more intentional lifestyle (no TVs, air conditioning, or microwave), it still provides the essentials for a comfortable stay, including electricity, reliable WiFi, running water, and flushing toilets—delivering a rare level of tranquility you won’t find in traditional accommodations.

This home comfortably sleeps 7 guests between 2 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a full size bed and a set of twin-over-full size bunk beds.



This home also includes a full bathroom with a single vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This is off grid, meaning power is sourced from solar panels and a generator. This means your power CAN be very limited if there is no sun. It also means you may NOT have water at night. As such, electrical amenities like TVs, a traditional coffee maker, dishwasher, and clothes dryer are not included. There is a great internet connection!

• Washer in home. There is no dryer.

• Driveway parking for 3 vehicles available. RVs and trailers are welcome.

• Please note: due to the remote location and access road conditions, a higher-clearance vehicle such as an SUV is strongly recommended.

• This home is pet friendly. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $100 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. In order to bring your pet, we will want a signed agreement your pet will not be running through neighbors’ property.

• This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras:

o (1) located at and actively monitoring the front door,

o (2) located at and actively monitoring the driveway,

o (3) located at the side of the home and actively monitoring the back of the home.

• Portable crib and stair gates provided.
