"This is a fantastic rental for a stay in Atlanta! The neighborhood is safe and friendly. The rental itself is an ADU. Only drawback is the walkway is gravel and a paver path so rolling a suitcase isn't going to happen. Once you get to the door though, it is fantastic! Nice decorated and furnished, new condition and well layed out.The street parking was easily available every day. We uber'd downtown and used a parking app (recommend using a parking app if being thrifty) two days. Easy walk to the...

Rented for a work / personal trip, the property owner was virtually impossible to get in touch with and there was a tenant in the connecting property that was unaware there was a guest coming in and seemed unfriendly / wary of anyone else being on the property. Needed internet access to work, and there was no internet / WiFi - again the VRBO owner was completely unreachable and never responded."
