"Property is good, staff is very polite and nice. One must stay here to avoid the life's clutter in cities. However, some rooms are totally enclosed in walls with no view what so ever. One goes and stays in such lovely locations for the morning and evening views and to enjoy the natural beauty. The light and sound show is only on Saturdays, that must be advertised well. There was no such show when we stayed there because we did not know about this weekend rule."

"The overalll experience was very good.O ur kids had a great time at mini zoo and we all enjoyed our stay very much .The food and service at the Tangra restaurant was very good however they are only providing us with bottled water only which is priced at Rs 450 a bottle and they don't serve normal water which I found very very wrong considering that it's a standard norml in India to provide normal water along with bottled one .I was only left with the choice to either buy the Rs 450 bottle or take my child to the Brick room( main buffet restaurant) which is highly unacceptable.They definitely need to rectify this."

"Got a room that was senior friendly. The shower was broken and found out while taking shower. Water splayed all over the bathroom. "
