"We had a great time during our visit. The house fit our family comfortably and the lazy river was a relaxing way to spend a day. The host was very communicative and clear on any instructions needed for the house. Our puppy enjoyed the visit as well. Thank you for a great trip!"

"The staff was super friendly, and quick to assist with any needs that were brought up. With that said, the property is aging quite a bit and could use a fairly substantial refresh. This would include inside the Villa (which we stayed at) and the grounds in most of the area. Many trees & bushes needed significant attention.. The room was very very clean though, and that helped with the overall experience."

"We thought the house was just as described, clean and overall very nice. The layout worked well for us and the home was well stocked with towels, pillows, kitchen supplies, etc. A few things we really enjoyed were the pool, the arcade, having all bedrooms be ensuite, the easy to use appliances, the easy check out process, and having a laundry room on both floors. Also, when the blender wasn’t working, the host delivered a new one within an hour — impressive!A few nit-picky things are that one of the two dishwashers didn’t work too well, so we just used it for drying. The downstairs washer and dryer were quite loud (mostly mitigated by just closing the doors). The kitchen could use a baking sheet and some mixing bowls. The wifi was a little unreliable at times. None of these things were a big deal.Overall, we loved the house and had a wonderful trip."

"The apartrment was lovely, but unfortunately there seemed to be a problem with quite large insects in and around the dishwasher/sink area. We endeavoured to sort this out by using bleach and soap down the plug-hole and strong dishwashing pods. It may be policy to remove the dishwasher to see if there is any infestation behind. The large bed was not the most comfortable and we both slept on the 2smaller beds. These problems did take a bit of the shine off but we love Florida so still had a great time."

"We had a great time overall and the property worked very well for our large group. The common areas and bowling alley were fantastic and definitely highlights of the stay, and the pool was enjoyable as well. However, the home could use some updates and maintenance improvements. There were leaks and a few broken amenities during our stay, and parts of the pool area did not visually match the photos online. With some refreshing and upkeep, this property could easily earn an even higher rating."

"The home was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. The children were disappointed that the game room was not fully functioning and that there were not more games on the gaming systems but they thoroughly enjoyed the pool, communication with the host regarding concerns was always prompt and courteous. The development was very beautiful and well maintained. Overall a very good stay! "
