Rural House The Hollow Oak

"The house was even more beautiful than in the photos, and Jorge and the team gave us a wonderful and supportive welcome. I would love to go again! Having an en-suite bathroom for every room was amazing, and even in an August heat wave in the interior of Spain, the house is designed to stay nice and cool."

"Pool description is misleading. It is community pool 400 m away with entrance fee 3 /person. Other than that everyrthing matches description. We had pleasant stay, regardless lack of AC. It does not get hot inside the house. P.S. Beware that you might get neighbours, because entire house has 4 separate apartments.It didn't bother us."

"If you book this hotel and you use Google maps to find it, then put in Gandullas only as this is the village the hotel is in. Maps took me to 3 different places before some locals at my third stop gave me the correct address. They said I was in Pinuecar and not Gandullas. Very hard to find. But then I was able to access the property but there is nothing in the village by way of bars or restaurants. I had to go onto the next town to find something to eat. But I have to say I had a comfortable night and the room was good and the bed good and it was very quiet. It was a clean establishment so for the price I have to admit it was very much worth it. Just make sure you have a phone to contact the owner to get in and then go to the nearest town to find food and drinks."
