Ground Floor
As you step into the ground floor, you are welcomed by a 130m2 open-plan living and kitchen area, which also features three bedrooms.
The living room features a comfortable, high-quality VODOM corner sofa, a 65" Smart TV, and a PlayStation 5. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, making a self-catered holiday seem effortless. The long marble island, accompanied by six stools, and the round dining table with six chairs create the perfect spots to enjoy meals with your loved ones. This floor also features a washer and dryer for added convenience.
Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1,60 x 2,00) and an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower. It also features an open closet, a 40" TESLA TV, and direct access to the outdoor area.
Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1,60 x 2,00) and an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower. It also features an open closet, a 40" TESLA TV, and direct access to the outdoor area.
Bedroom 3: This bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1,60 x 2,00) and an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower. It also features a closet, a 32" TESLA TV, and direct access to the outdoor area.
First Floor
The top floor is accessed by its own private entrance, via an outdoor staircase.
This 120sqm level features an open-plan living and kitchen area, as well as the remaining three bedrooms. The living room area features a comfortable, high-quality VONDOM curved sofa and a 65" Smart TV. The kitchen features all modern appliances, a long island equipped with six stools, and a dining table for six. This space also features direct access to a balcony overlooking the pool area and the surrounding landscape. This floor also features a washer and dryer for added convenience.
Bedroom 4: This bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1,60 x 2,00) and an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower. It also features an open closet, and a 40" TESLA TV and shares a balcony with the living room area.

The long, sandy beach of Rethymno is also just minutes away, providing the perfect spot for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports. The villas location also makes it an excellent base for exploring Crete. The main national road is just minutes away, connecting you to the islands most notable attractions.
