Villa Margo is a newly built, modern luxury villa with 4 bedrooms, located just 6 kilometers from Rethymno town. It is situated in a beautiful and tranquil area, near Crete University. This autonomous two-story building comprises a 200-square-meter residence and a 22-square-meter private swimming pool.



The ground floor of the villa features four bedrooms, with the central one being 32 square meters and equipped with its own living room and bathroom. The other three bedrooms on this floor have a double bed each and a shared bathroom. Additionally, there is a laundry room and a kitchenette on the ground floor, with direct access to the swimming pool area. All rooms are equipped with autonomous heating and air conditioning for your comfort.



On the upper floor, you'll find a living room with an open fireplace and surrounding terraces that offer great views. The dining room is connected to a fully equipped kitchen and a veranda overlooking the pool and the surrounding nature. There is also an additional WC on this floor. The terraces are furnished with outdoor furniture, a dining table, and umbrellas. The pool area is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, and a BBQ for outdoor cooking.



Gallou village is a semi-mountain village in the prefecture of Rethymno, known for its lush vegetation throughout the year. It is located approximately 6 kilometers southwest of the city of Rethymno. In Gallou, which has been designated as a traditional settlement since 1995, you'll find supermarkets, sports facilities, the National Stadium of Rethymno, municipal tennis courts, taverns offering traditional Cretan cuisine, and cafes. For nature enthusiasts, the nearby Galliano gorge is a perfect hiking route along the verdant banks of the ravine, and the oak forest of Kastello, part of which lies in the Gallou settlement, offers a beautiful natural setting.
