Modern lounge with supreme view and fantastic architecture. Kitchen completely equipped with: microwave, electric cooker with ceramic hobs, refrigerator & freezer, dishwasher. Large sun terraces furnished with sun loungers and parasols surround the 6 x 4.5m swimming pool which is accessed by ladder steps. There is a poolside shower. There is a barbecue for the guests to prepare delicious meals where they can enjoy at the patio dining table and chairs, while watching over the mountains, the old village of Skouloufia and the sea. The area is pleasantly landscaped with lawn areas and citrus trees. There is a private parking in the outdoor space of the villa.
