"The staff was plesant ,accomindating and helpful and when our reservations were not found , an error on your part by the way. We were on the phone with Expedia for about 5 hours, in the lobby trying to rectify the situation. The front desk was there when we needed their support. The locaton was ideal for our travel plans, the room was clean and we were directed to several good eateries nearby."

The Darcy Hotel

"The Darcy is a very attractive hotel in a convenient location. It has a lively, fun atmosphere. The highlights for me were the really nice bathroom and shower, and the great coffee shop attached to the hotel—Bluestone Lane. But most importantly, the staff was exceptional! They were all friendly, professional, attentive, and engaging. I would definitely stay at the Darcy again!"

"We arrived earlier than check in time and the staff stored our luggage. The sitting areas were clean and comfortable. We used the public restroom in the hotel to freshen up, it was dark in there, so the lighting could be brighter. Our room was small, with one King bed but was very cozy and comfortable. The security on staff after hours was friendly and informative with how to use the afterhours door and then offered us water to take to our room. They accommodated our late check out request and even stored our luggage again after we checked out and went sight seeing. I will be returning to a CitizenM in the future."

"Property location was great, hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. Room was very small (which we were okay with, but it was *very* tight), and had no fridge so we had to request a cooler from the front desk for medication that needed to stay cold. The drink tokens were a lovely touch, but they could not be used at the rooftop bar, and the downstairs bar closed too early for us to use ours, which was disappointing. Would stay again, just forewarned about the space and token usage."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable and my husband really enjoyed his breakfast, he said he liked how his eggs were cooked. I like that it is an older hotel and as such has its charm. I like that it didn’t feel like a chain. In the past we stayed at the Hyatt nearby, but it was $200 more expensive than the Hamilton. I do wish the front desk kept a cash drawer so I could get change for tipping. We would definitely stay there again."
