"This property was not only exactly what was needed to host our family reunion it was set in an absolutely gorgeous location. Although it wasn’t directly facing out to Lake Onconee with the expansive lake view some people look for.Instead this property offers so much more in beauty and variety of scenery. The house and the entire property was meticulously maintained. Quiet and serene and very private. Seeing and saying Hello to the horses while walking down to the boat dock was a special treat. We spent more time at the beautiful pool and at the pavilion than in the main house and all just steps away from each other. We were a family of 20 and there was always places to sit and have fun together as well as hide away areas to relax and find some quiet. The kitchen was well equipped for all your cooking needs. The guest house will surprise you with its charming and whimsical decor. The loft area was smaller than we expected but we made it work. If you think the online photos look nice, it’s even better in person! A BIG thank you to Jordan, our rental broker for helping us with the planning and for answering my many questions along the way. Renting the pontoon boat was also a good decision for fishing and cruising around the lake. The last night of our family vacation we all agreed to come back next year and do it all again :) Thank you for reading my review of the “The Estate”"

"Our family had a great stay. We had a couple of minor hiccups but the host was responsive and worked to fix them. The views were amazing and it worked perfectly for our group of 4 adults, 3 teens and a dog."

"This property is spectacular! We enjoyed every second of our family vacation at the lake house. The house is exactly as pictured. It was very clean. We loved all the little extras. All the water toys were definitely an extra bonus while spending time on the lake."
