The hotel is very modern. The amenities are excellent. There is an excellent restaurant at the property. We had dinner and the food was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had my bike in the truck bed and a safe parking was provided.

The staff were exceptional. Jessica was extremely kind, and always had ice prepared for us after noticing that we had requested it twice. She was such a kind face at the front of the hotel and made our experience wonderful

Excellent hotel! Staff was friendly and professional. Big rooms, super clean. We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) and we stayed for 2 nights. We had a great experience! The pool is fantastic, there is a big green outdoor area with playground for kids. We really enjoyed our time there! There is a big shopping centre in front of the hotel.

The hotel is OK. However, the breakfast (included) was awful and the service was terrible. I was in Resistencia for a family emergency and needed to relocate closer to a hospital. The hotel did not answer the phone when Expedia called to request a cancelation after I had stayed two nights (with four to go). Expedia later made contact with the hotel which flatly denied any refund. NEVER pay at the hotel if you have to stay there.

Fui roubado!! Reservei pelo hotéis.com para 4 pessoas (indiquei desde o início 2 adultos e duas crianças, 13 e 17 anos - classificadas como crianças pelo site, não por mim). Ao chegar no hotel me foi cobrado o dobro do valor da reserva pois disseram que pelas idades, minhas filhas pagavam como adultas (tarifa adicional). Em nenhum momento omiti a informação das idades. Naquele momento (a noite) depois de ter dirigido por mais de 1.000km, não tive opção, paguei o dobro do valor da reserva para me hospedar. Isso é extorsão. Atitude criminosa. Não volto mais nesse hotel e não uso mais o hotéis.com
