Also, since we were there for two weeks, the expenses of getting bottled water was not made clear ahead of time, since the water in the house was not treated. Jean and Judy were helpful and Jeans meals were delicious."

The concierge, Ailia, was very proactive, responsive and thought of every detail. The cook, Luisa, prepared great meals and was very pleasant. 10/10 experience and would definitely come back! "

"The villa was clean and well-appointed. The staff was great, especially the chef. Manuel, the owner, was very responsive to my questions and to my grocery needs for the villa. We ate most of the dinners in the villa since the chef was so good. We were a group of 5 ladies, and we were well taken care of. The location was very convenient to all the amenities, including tennis, the beach, the spa, and lunch spots. The one con: the water pressure in the showers was very low. We will rent again next...

She prepared everyday food for us and she cook very good .All rooms very clean the A/c works perfectly the beds are comfortable . The area is quite and relaxing the pool very good the water warm . I highly recommend this villa . The staff were amazing with service . Mr."

"Nice place, spacious, excellent pool/patio area. Air conditioning in 2 of the rooms was broken. Living room air conditioning is just a fan pushing air. Living room fan broken, as well as all the sliding doors that can't be secured. Kitchen definitely needs a upgrade with cabinets, and limited cooking utensils/pots/pans. I rented this place 2 times prior"

"I have been to many all inclusive resorts but this was one of the best! The resort is better then shown in pictures.We were a group of friends and had the best experience there. Many restaurant options, great bar choices. Service was amazing. The only downside was the beach, which had seaweed. Pools were great for family's and adults too.Great sevice and great price compared to other ones I looked at."

"Was there for 10 days from the beginning of June 2025. The hotel is super, the territory is well-kept, green. The rooms are good, cozy, beautiful. The main pool is fun. The restaurants are beautiful, the best is Wasabi. The beach is gorgeous, wide, but the seaweed spoiled it, sometimes they cleaned it thoroughly, sometimes they did not clean it at all. The staff is responsive. The service in the rooms is not very good, often had to go to the reception to fix the problems. The bartenders are 50/50 from great to absolutely ridiculous. Overall a very good hotel, solid Peterka, I recommend."
