"It is truly a clean establishment; nevertheless, with the exception of Amanda who checked us out, all three (3) black... I reiterate...all three (3) black concierge attendants who were there during our stay were totally absent in line of "COURTESY" particularly " SHARON" the one who checked us in. She insisted that "I got an accessible room." I said no and why would I? Are we handicap? I couldn't afford to argue with her....so I said...no problem. No smile, no courtesy whatsoever...I understood...

"Solo pasamos 1 noche. El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Al lado de la Universidad Yale. Una zona con muchos restaurantes, bares, con ambiente. El cuarto muy limpio. Camas cómodas, el baño impecable y el agua caliente."
