"Beautiful setting, very close to lava cap winery. The house is definitely older, but I appreciated the midcentury architecture and features. Some things are funky (older windows/ window shades, some of the windows were broken), but has key upgrades like the kitchen appliances, thermostats, bathrooms. Very dusty/ stuffy when we arrived. "Cute little place we used as a home base for a snowboarding trip to Sierra. Super clean and came with nice little toiletries. Kitchen came with all pots and pans and even some spices. Knives were dull and scary to use. The HVAC units took a little while to learn but worked just fine. Parking situation is right below the unit and convenient. In a quiet neighborhood. Nice touch on the welcome basket. I'd stay here again."

"We were visiting our son and daughter-in-law for their baby shower weekend! The house was cozy and comfortable and well-appointed, especially in the kitchen! The cabinets are all labeled, so we found everything we needed. We had a little mis-hap and broke an item, and the owner/manager was thoughtful and supportive. We had a great time and hope to stay again! "
