Open and cozy 2-bedroom apartment on the ground floor with a sofa bed in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area is open to the living area with sitting area and TV. Through the living room you enter the beautiful terrace with garden furniture where you can enjoy the sun in the morning at breakfast. The master bedroom, a shower room with walk-in shower and a storage room complete the very good quality of this apartment.
As a service we provide sheets and towels in initial.

The house Emilia is a beautiful new building of the until early 2016 in the completion. Each apartment in the house has its own parking space and a separate bicycle storage room. The house is built according to the latest environmental standards and equipped with modern facilities. The garden will be created in the spring 2016th The laundry in. 1 OG is equipped with coin-operated washing machine and dryer.

Ausstattung

Es fehlten ein Bügelbrett und ein Bügeleisen. Es gab auch keinen Abfallbehälter für die "Flusen" aus dem Flusensieb und auch keinen Hinweis, das Flusensieb nach dem Trockenvorgang zu reinigen.

Eine schöne, kleine saubere Wohnung.

Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat alles was man für zwei Personen benötigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
