"The host was extremely Helsfyr and welcoming. We arrival late, and it was such a thoughtful festuke to have homemade food waiting for us in ordet for us have something to eat. We really appreciated that. It might be worth mentioning in the listing that having a rental car is essential for getting around. We were a large Group of 15 people, and there was plenty of space for everyone. We had a wonderful stay for 10 days!"

"the hosts we're great and left us a basket of treats when we arrived. they were available for any questions and suggested activities around. there is so much to see and do around this location and the house fit us perfectly. we'll gladly return again"

"This property is about as close to perfect as any we've ever rented. The bedrooms were amazing, everything was spotlessly clean, and we were provided with everything we needed. The common areas are fantastic, and the pool and outdoor living spaces are just perfect. If I had to search hard for something to improve, the kitchen could have been slightly bigger — but that took nothing away from our group of 24 thoroughly enjoying this great property."

"This property is truly the best you will find, it has everything you could possibly need and then some things you didnt think you needed and now do. (Eg juicer for fresh orange juice) Joanna is by far the best host ever, she contacted us prior to the trip and answered all questions and concerns. Once at the villa she met us and welcomed us with the best pork stew I've ever tasted, and a home baked cake!!! The villa was well stocked with the basics, milk, juice, bread watermelon, fruit, home grown courgettes and cucumbers and oranges and lemons etc so we had food for the next day. (And were able to squeeze the best orange juice) The pool is amazing as is the space at the villa, and the afternoon breeze off the mountains is the best. Please visit reptisland I was there 2 mins and handed a snake and bearded dragon, the cave is amazing, and you must visit Joannas family olive oil farm and the honey farm. I would 100% return to this villa and see Joanna again, who also popped a beautiful pudding mid week to us. Book this villa you will not be disappointed xxx"
Stone Villa with 22m2 Swimming pool-BBQ!

"A gem of a villa ,in a gem of a beautiful Crete village with a few bars/eating places within about two minutes walk away and two local well stocked supermarkets as well and the greatest gem was Stavros the villa owner. Our flight to Crete was heavily delayed and we didn't arrive at the villa until 2 in the morning, but Stavros was there to meet us and show us around. Later that day he sent us great links to the best local beaches, local restaurants and local places of interest.Also if we had any other queries during our stay Stavros replied to us in minutes and on our day of departure he came to see us to say goodbye.His cleaning team team came in half way through our stay and made the villa look immaculate again and Stavros turned up every few days to clean the pool and surrounding area and take rubbish bags away.We've stayed in many villas around the world, but this one knocked it out the park.Well done Stavros and your team x"

"This villa was one of the very best we've ever rented. It was just as shown in the images. Very new, modern and clean with excellent facilities and space throughout. Our hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.When we arrived, I was a little concerned that we'd chosen somewhere quite remote, as it's on the outskirts of the small town of Perama. But those fears were unfounded. There were lots of beautiful little beach villages in the area worth exploring, the closest of which are Bali Beach and Evita Bay, which are both gorgeous. Bali Beach is the larger of the two with a wide sandy beach and sand seabed, whereas Evita Bay is quite a bit smaller with a mix of pebble and sand. But Evita has some wonderful little coves within swimming distance for anyone over the age of 8-years old (accompanied, of course). We also loved going out to dinner at Paramos, which doesn't have the best beach, but makes up for with lovely tavernas.Rethymno is only 35 minutes away by car. The beach there is okay, nothing special, but the large town itself has hundreds of tavernas ranging from intimate ones to high-end expensive ones overlooking the sea front. The old town there is beautiful with winding streets and alleyways full of shops and bars. And there's also some really fantastic looking bar/clubs if you're a little younger than I am!Overall, Crete was one if not the best holiday our family has been on and I can't recommend the place or the villa enough!!!"
