"Nous n'avons pas pu passer la nuit, la réception fermant à 20h. Nous avons reçu l'e-mail de confirmation de réservation à 19h53. Nous étions encore en route, et il s'avère que le dernier paragraphe mentionne que la réception ferme à 20h. Ils ne prennent pas la peine d'appeler, et Expedia, où nous avons fait la réservation, ne donne même aucune information. Un endroit très douteux ; mieux vaut éviter cette étape. Au final, cela nous a coûté 148 €, et il s'est avéré qu'il y avait un très bon motel...

"This is a very centrally located hotel that was ideal for visiting Cognac. The room we had was spacious, clean and had a fully accessible bathroom that would be nice if you had mobility issues. There is no parking on site, but there is street parking and a nearby free parking lot. Staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. "

"We spent a wonderful 5 nights here to explore the cognac region. The staff are fantastic, the gardens beautiful, and the food absolutely superb. They have a large selection of cognacs to taste too. Even though the mattress was a little too firm for our liking, we still slept well. A wonderful place to stay and would love to return. "

Christine (the owner) could not have been more helpful, she was genuinely concerned about making sure everything was OK and you were having a good time - which I was! Had dinner there on 2 nights, really nice with wonderful view. Thank you Christine - love your place - I hope I will be back next year!"
