One of my favorite spots to go. If you hike all the way up you can access the man-made lake. Great place to kayak. There is a small beach as well but you need to purchase a permit to use it. Fishing is free on other side

"Very clean, stylish and retro chalet was a pleasure to stay in. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of places to sleep for our crew of 8 adults, though some slept on bunks (very comfy ones though!) You could see two neighbors from the house, but it was nice and tucked away and felt private. Owners were communicative and pleasant to work with. Great location with proximity to food shopping and outdoor activities. Would definitely stay again."

The owner was accessible and invested in our comfort in his home. Renters should understand, however, that the primary bedroom is in a loft, with no shades or drapes to cover the windows.
