Our "Nuss" apartment (85 m²) is idyllically located on the Ritten, in a quiet, historic setting on a hill. Surrounded by the breathtaking Dolomites and just a short walk from the Oberbozen Earth Pyramids as well as St. George’s and St. James’s Churches, it is the perfect retreat for nature lovers. With the Mobilcard, you can explore South Tyrol for free and enjoy free admission to many museums. Whether you’re hiking or relaxing—here you can experience nature in a picturesque setting.

The apartment offers modern comforts and a cozy atmosphere. The bedroom is furnished with a spacious king-size double bed, guaranteeing a restful night’s sleep. The separate bathroom features a sink, bidet, and shower.

The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator and coffee maker, meets all your culinary needs. The living area also features a large double sofa bed—ideal for overnight guests or relaxing reading sessions in front of the wood-burning stove. Warm hardwood floors create a pleasant atmosphere.
