Le Saint-Martin 1 Très bon accueil. Le logement est très bien situé et à moins de 5 min de St Anne et du métro, dans une zone relativement calme, et sécurisée. Cependant, horrible odeur de peinture fraîche et la propreté de l’appartement laisse à désirer. Ce que j’ai rapidement signalé. Malgré une proposition d’intervention de nettoyage, j’ai refusé considérant que cela aurait dû être contrôlé et effectué avant mon arrivée. Compte tenus le temps de réponse de l’hôte (comprenez nous étions dimanche) j’ai préféré passer l’aspirateur, surtout sous le canapé, et repasser un coup de serpillière sur le sol collant. N’ayant pas oser touché aux grilles de la VMC remplis de poussière, ni a la tapisserie des toilettes et aux joints de la douches où semblaient se reprendre des traces jaunâtres. J’ai effectué une réclamation et on m’annonce un délais de traitement de 14 jours.

Le Saint-Martin 1 Appartement situé dans un bel immeuble et à proximité du centre-ville. L'accueil fut amical, rapide et clair, ce qui m'a permit de prendre possession des lieux et ainsi de me reposer assez vite après mon trajet.
