La Cour des Carmélites 2 "Bel emplacement, mais appartement pas ensoleillé, donc des odeurs de renfermé. 🙁 Chaises cassées, pas de miroir, pas de porte serviettes ds la salle de bains et la cuisine. Il a fallu réclamer du linge de maison et un égouttoir ds la cuisine. Miroir livré cassé, très dangereux. Rideaux occultants pas assez longs, laissant passer la lumière. Aucune consigne concernant le fonctionnement des appareils ménager. Odeur de renfermé car ns ne pouvions pas laisser les portes et fenêtres ouverts (Rdc)"

Ce studio allie de manière exceptionnelle Le calme de l’endroit et la situation plein centre à deux pas du métro. Je garderai le souvenir du dîner tout au calme sur la petite table de bistro. 🙁 Des détails; passer un chiffon sur la table extérieure, vider l’eau usée de la cafetière et mettre un miroir en pied….pour ceux qui partent le matin et doivent se faire beaux"

Si vous cherchez un studio minimaliste avec peu de charme ce logement est adéquat. Rien a dire concernant la propreté, tout était impeccable. Couvert un peu léger, pas de poignée pour les poêle et casseroles. Logement pas exceptionnel, cher pour ce que c'est mais très pratique pour dépanner."

Les rideaux sont très pratiques pour ne pas avoir de lumière extérieure la nuit. 🙁 Les joints au niveau de la douche seraient peut-être à refaire. Lorsqu'on prend la douche, un peu d'eau ruisselle sur le linoléum de la salle d'eau."

Unsere Rucksäcke und Kleider rochen nachher so. Dazu fehlt die Möglichkeit zum Kippen der Fenster/Lüften. Das Schlafsofa war wackelig und nicht bequem."

Séjour agréable

Petit coin tranquille en plein centre de Rennes, attention toute fois si vous venez en voiture ,tous les parkings sont payants a moins de 10 mns a pied et encore . Logement très fonctionnel et très propre pour 2 personnes , canapé convertible de très bonne qualité .
