We offer this charming 46 m² apartment for rent in Rennes, which can accommodate up to 2 people, on the second floor of a small residence in the Saint Hélier district, in a quiet street.
It comprises an attractive 21 m² living room, an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and a separate toilet. West-facing, all living areas open onto the balcony via French windows.

The apartment is composed as follows
- 21 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, hob, etc.
- A bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower

- A balcony to enjoy the sunny days (10m² west-facing equipped with 2 armchairs and a coffee table)

The apartment is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Bahibé "Accueil impeccable, Linda a été très agréable, disponible et à l'écoute. Un grand merci. Très bonne literie c'est important, déco très sympa. La terrasse au top. Seule petite remarque, il manque peut-être des supports dans la douche pour les produits de toilette, des petits crochets pour les vêtements. Sinon c'était parfait. En revanche nous n'avons pas été capables d'utiliser la plaque de cuisson. Trop compliqué... Globalement nous avons été ravis de notre séjour. Endroit très calme. Merci à vous et continuez comme ça A bientôt"

Bahibé "Ne tient pas ses promesses. 🙂 Le décor, l’agencement de l’appartement. 🙁 La propreté, des taches sur les coussins, la poussière un peu partout, pas d’éponge dans la cuisine. Aspirateur branché dans la cuisine. Difficultés pour se garer dans les environs, pas de place de parking attribuée comme annoncé et prévu dans l’annonce. Ils font trop confiance au locataire précédent pour la propreté, risque de vaisselle sale, perte de clés etc…"

Ensemble de la prestation correcte L'appartement est bien situé. Une supérette et une pharmacie sont à proximité ainsi qu'un arrêt de bus. On peut aller en centre ville à pied. Petit bémol au niveau du ménage : j'ai trouvé le réfrigérateur non nettoyé et non dégivré ainsi que les poubelles, la bonde de la douche était pleine de cheveux, les quelques projections sur les murs n'ont pas été nettoyées. Par ailleurs, le son du poste de TV est désagréable et à priori non réglable.

Bahibé Pasamos una excelente estadía. El apartamento estuvo muy cómodo, y la zona muy tranquila. La agencia COCOONR facilitó mucho el proceso. Volveríamos a ojos cerrados!
