Chalet in Beffe with Hot Tub & Valley Views

  • Very well located chalet with hot tub and a unique view over the Ourthe valley, in Beffe, near La Roche-en-Ardennes and Hotton. On the ground floor you have the billiard room with wood stove, two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a bathroom with bath and toilet. Outside you have a wood-fired Hot Tub with a magnificent view. On the upper floor you have a spacious living room with lounge and wood stove, an open kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with shower and toilet. The living room opens onto a spacious terrace around the house with the necessary patio furniture and a unique view over the Ourthe Valley to enjoy the tranquility. There is ample private parking at the chalet.

    Access via dirt road - Snow chains necessary in snowfall.
    Youth groups are not allowed.

Wir haben von Ardennes Online SRL folgende Meldung erhalten: Das untere Laken im 1. Stock hatte einen schmutzigen Fleck (Fußabdruck). 2 Bratpfannen, 1 Kochpfanne, 2 Teller waren nicht sauber. Diverse Küchenutensilien außer Betrieb. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht und wurde am Donnerstagnachmittag repariert. Es fehlten Anweisungen, sodass wir keine CDs abspielen und/oder belgische Sender empfangen konnten. Ich habe 2-2-Personen-Bettlakensets für 1 Bett erhalten und eines zurückgegeben. Eine angemessene Entschädigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten wäre angemessen. Wir haben Ardennes online über diese Nachricht an Sie informiert.

Erstklassige Lage mit schöner Aussicht. Der Weg dorthin ist eine ziemliche Herausforderung! Ein Billardtisch ist ein Pluspunkt, obwohl die Billardqueues etwas Liebe brauchen. Nachteil: steile und rutschige Treppe. Ziemlich komplett ausgestattet und im Erdgeschoss schön renoviert. Manche Dinge beginnen sich zu bewähren. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Mooie aangename chalet met prachtig zicht. Dik pluspunt is de biljartruimte. Snelle tussenkomst van de vriendelijke technieker om een probleem met de TV op te lossen. Nadeel is de weg erheen. De trap aan de buitenzijde zou best uitgerust worden met een antisliplaag. Mooie ruime kamers beneden. Properheid zou wel beter kunnen. Wij komen zeker graag terug.

Mooie villa op een rustige plek

Het verblijf was naar wens. De villa ligt op een mooie rustige plek en is goed verzorgd. Inchecken op 25-30 minuten rijden en het niet in werking zijn van een wel aanwezige CO/Brandmelder waren de minpunten.
