"Very nice staff and the apartment was huge and clean. And super super spartan. Really really basic. No decor, only a few pillows, no hooks to hang up anything in the washroom, kitchen had an old used sponge, some dish soap and a towel. Could definitely benefit from a few nicer amenities (even a new sponge would have been a nice start). It does have great bike storage."

"Beautiful property and grounds. Excellent breakfast and easy walking access to a very nice town center with lots of shop and restaurants. A bakery on the corner that is to die for. Very nice room and staff was friendly. Great grounds with pool and sitting, picnicking and playing area for children. "

"We spent an amazing two weeks in Marjorie’s house in Entrechaux.The house had everything you need for relaxing stay.Four bedrooms were perfect and had comfortable beds.Open plan living room area and kitchen were spacious and well equipped.The WiFi works great. We really enjoyed the beautiful garden with sun loungers, shady area if need it with the bbq.The biggest bonus of the house was private swimming pool.The village was 5-10min walk from the house there was a small grocery shop, bakery, pizzeria and few restaurants.Entrechaux is a perfect location for exploring the area. Marjorie was easy to contact at all times before and during our stay.We will undoubtedly be back again!We recommend the house 100%!"

"We were 2 grandparents with our 2 children and their partners plus 4 grandchildren aged 10-16. We had a lovely holiday in this beautiful property with wonderful views. Very well equipped - a minor issue was just five fans for 6 bedrooms. We felt the description didn't do justice to the actual facilities and nearly didn't choose the property as we thought the bathroom arrangements wouldn't meet our requirements. They were actually perfect. One small point - the pool was brilliant and thoroughly enjoyed by the younger members of the family but for the older less mobile members a small step arrangement with handrail would have been helpful. "My experience with VRBO has been horrific. I rented an entire house and garden for a month for my family (and my dog) to relax and visit the surrounding area of Provance. I specifically rented this place because it was advertised as a complete house with a beautiful garden. The pictures of the garden were amazing and I imagined family time and dinners outside. What actually happened was that the owners were living in the basement without our knowledge and the garden turned out to be a mosquito infested hell scape. The first week we were there, my youngest daughter kept waking up terrified because she said she heard someone in the basement. We both thought it was her imagination because she had recently watched a scary movie. We kept smelling cigarette smoke wafting through the house which was weird but we disregarded it thinking maybe it was a neighbor, but again, it didn't make sense but it didn't occur to me that people could be secretly living in the basement. I also kept waking up with asthma, either because of the cigarette smoke or something else in the house. This set a tone of disquiet and a low grade anxiety that affected our visit. One day one of my daughters stayed behind when we went on a trip to a market and she called me to tell me that the owners had come out of the basement and were in the yard.
