"Great location, more details on what’s in the immediate area would be helpful. Very narrow stairwell and 3rd floor location would be helpful to those unaccustomed to ground floor being considered floor zero. Need more towels. Instructions in English on how to use the box and washer/dryer would be most helpful. "

"Charming, historic building with all the modern amenities. Phillipe was wonderfully communicative and even let us drop our bags off early. Cool neighborhood with plenty of boutiques, restaurants, and cafes. Check out the Little Red Door cocktail bar directly across the street for fantastic drinks."

"We loved having two good-sized, separate bedrooms. The shower was great, with good pressure and lots of hot water. Communication with the host was easy and quick. The location is a walkable distance from 2 Metro stations (Republique, Goncourt). The Canal Saint-Martin area felt safe and lively. On Sunday there was a small pop-up market on Rue Alibert, where we bought fruit and patisseries. Later that day we discovered a larger street market near Republique, with clothing, jewelry, and misc items....

The apartment is in a fantastic neighborhood - easy access to 2 metro stations and lots of supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and other amenities within a few meters of the apartment. "This is such a great little apartment in a great location! There are tons of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby but the street is still very quiet. Arlette, the host, is extremely communicative and makes the whole process so easy! I would definitely stay here again!"
