"Pear Tree Farm was absolute magic! The house was whimsical and beautifully furnished. Every room was a treasure trove to discover for my 4 young children. I had the sense that children were very much thoughtfully considered when opening up their home which, as a home-school mom, made our stay that much more enjoyable. And I won't give away any secrets so as to keep it fun for future guests, but there were a few intentional surprises for kids that had our children squealing with...

"This house worked out very well for us with everyone having their own private bathroom in their bedroom. Common area had lots of room for all of us and a spectacular view. Loved the screened in porch to enjoy the outdoors but without bugs."

"We’re snowbirds heading north. We decided to stop for couple days to break up trip. WOW is all we could say when we arrived. The location on a private point overlooking the lake is really beautiful. The Place was much larger than we expected. Kitchen was very well equipped. We used the kayaks and had a great day on the lake. Mgr was very helpful bringing gas for grill and extra kayak paddle within a hour. We will be making this our spring stop again!!!"

"We were there to visit family in the neighborhood and this house was very convenient. The access to the lake was niced and even used by locals to kayak. However, when they were overe there weren't very many seating choices. There is only a small wicker settee and a loveseat in the living room. It is definitely not set up for gatherings but suited our purpose just fine! Clean and with thoughtful amenities like local coffee and a full pitcher of cold filtered water."

"Nice place, however, had trouble locating on GPS. Owner listed street as Court, but is actually on ___ Road. Also, on several occasions, including when we were leaving the electronic lock didn't work. The carpets could use replacing and the shower head in the main bath was awkward. Other than this, the place was clean, spacious, well appointed (get rid of huge flower display on table), excellent location, and great value. Thank you for letting us stay at your place!"

"The property was exceptionally well appointedand very clean. The beds were all very comfortable. The views of Lake Wateree were fantastic from the deck. The ammenities were over the top. Bathrooms for every bedroom; Games like pingpong, cornhole and Board games; both charcoal and gas grills, boat dock, two firepits - one gas the other wood fueled...They provided everything we needed and more. Very nice owner/manager of the property. I highly recommend this property for the perfect get away!"
