"The room felt new and well maintained. Check-in counters were properly staffed. Our request for extra towels was promptly met. The gym is well equipped and the pool looked great. Unfortunately, due to restricted hours for children under 12, we missed our chance to use the pool. The Trump card is still the ver easy access to the airport terminals. Particularly terminal 2. The first entrance to terminal 2 from the lower ground tunnel takes you straight to Air Canada check in."

"This hotel has special atmosphere and cosy boutique vibe. Very close to English park it’s perfect balance between city centre and closeness to nature, which is important for us. Staff was helpful in room service and in front desk. Breakfast was amazing we had all selection of food, everything was fresh and delicious. The only one problem was that front desk didn’t answer the calls when hotel was fully booked, which is disturbing because just in case of emergency you can’t get any help from the staff, my honest opinion that Hotel management should hire more staff on high season or keep more receptionists on duty during high season. Otherwise our stay was amazing and comfortable."

"Check in was quick and the staff at reception were helpful. The room was great, had all the amenities to make one’s stay comfortable (kettle, small fridge-tiny, but still, nice to have!-iron board, hair dryer). The bed was great and had a very good night sleep. The air con was working just fine. I didn't have breakfast so I can’t rate it. Overall I had a very good experience."
