"This is a unique and special property. Our room was beautiful - old-world charm and very well maintained. I wonder if they might be understaffed. Our check-in was not ideal. It was raining, we buzzed the front gate and were let into an open courtyard. It took 15 minutes for someone to finally greet us and let us into the reception area. Breakfast is self-serve. There were no porters to help carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Beautiful hotel - needs better service."

"Beautiful, scenic area and we couldn’t be happier with the Arabella! Our room was good sized and clean and we received a lovely welcome gift upon arrival. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We also loved the breakfast and restaurant options! Great food and lots of choices. I do wish there were more options of red wines by the glass though. The views of the lake around the hotel are amazing, highly recommend the walk around the lake. There’s also a great pool and spa area. "
