"We were looking for a place near Hershey Park that allowed dogs…something a bit rustic and simple that my 7 and 16 month old grand-babies weren’t going to destroy. 114 Otterbain fit our needs perfectly! In the end, it was Mt. Gretna that turned out to be the Main Attraction…such a unique and magical little place…like an Enchanted Forest. Looking forward to my next (adults only) trip already! "

"It was our very first time to Mt. Gretna, and it was great! The house was lovely, very comfortable, and very convenient. Our group consisted of my husband, myself, our son and daughter-in-law, and 17 year-old grandson. "Linger Longer is an adorable little cottage that had plenty of space for 6 adults. Very homey feel made us all feel immediately comfortable. This has clearly has been a rental cottage for many many years, in all the best ways. Tons of Easter eggs from past guests add to the home style feel and comfort. The guestbook dates back to 1998, and we had a great time reading about them, and added our own little story. 5 stars all around."

"This was our second year in a row returning to this amazing property, this year we added another day. It’s just so well kept and peaceful. The hospitality is amazing, wonderful welcome gifts such as baked bread and jam and cookies. Really peaceful and tranquil private setting. We love the fact that it’s like a mix of the woods and the farm all at once and with such close proximity to some great Area towns and markets. We are thankful for David extending his hospitality and plan to return again...

"My girlfriend and I were traveling to the area to attend the PA Ren fest. This was a lovely little town to stay in. The house had so much space for two people and was well decorated. The owner came to greet us when we arrived. Lovely little cat that lives on the property came to greet us each night. Highly recommend this spot "

"It was easy to get to from the highway which is important to me. The place was neat & clean & well decorated. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. I have a bad back but had no problems in the morning. Would highly recommend it. One thing I could suggest....if the owner's car could be left out of the driveway long enough so the renters could back in to unload & load their cars."

"My wife and I wanted a nice, comfortable place to stay on our trip to Lancaster. This place was perfect. 15-20 minutes from downtown Lancaster. Nice country setting. Very comfortable bed and the shower was AMAZING! It is close to a local fire station but mercifully no fire alarms at night while we were sleeping! 😉"
