Communication

For any request, including in case of emergency, please contact us directly via the booking platform. This allows us to respond more quickly and to call you if necessary.

House Rules

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited, even at the window.
Animals: Animals are not allowed.
Respect for Neighbors: Please respect the quiet of the building during your stay.
Illegal Activities: Any illegal activity (drug trafficking, prostitution, etc.) is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate sanctions.
Events/Parties: Parties or other events are strictly prohibited.
Respect for Furniture and Equipment: Please take care of the accommodation and its equipment.
Damage: All damage will be charged.

Arrival and Departure Times

Arrivals: These are self-service, from 4:00 PM only. The details are available on the traveler portal after completing the registration form.

Departures: Departures must be made before 11:00 AM at the latest. No extension is possible due to previous abuse.

Departure Procedure (Check-Out)

Before your departure, please:

* Remove the sheets and gather all the dirty laundry.
* Do the dishes.
* Take out the trash: Place the bags in the trash room on the ground floor.
* Return the keys to the same place as upon your arrival.

Identity Documents and Security Deposit

We collect an identity document for each traveler before arrival.

A security deposit may be requested. This is refunded within 7 days after verification of the accommodation.

You can arrive independently from 4:00 PM onwards by retrieving the keys from a key safe.

We will send you all the necessary information on the day of your arrival, early in the afternoon. For security reasons, the codes are changed regularly, which is why we send them at the last minute.
